\nOn November 29, 2024, a collaborative workshop was held at the pharmacy of the Toulouse Purpan University Hospital (CHU). This event brought together numerous healthcare professionals and project partners to determine the priorities for the next two years.<\/p>\n
Three main objectives of the workshop :<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Evaluate past actions<\/strong> 2. Define priorities for future actions<\/strong> 3. Develop an action plan<\/strong> <\/p>\n An exemplary collaborative dynamic<\/strong><\/p>\n The workshop brought together professionals from several institutions and organizations, highlighting the importance of interprofessional collaboration for the success of the STOP IATRO project: These discussions helped to create a realistic and ambitious roadmap while strengthening ties between the various partners.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Preventing iatrogenesis: a collective challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n This workshop represents a crucial step forward for the STOP IATRO project. Through these concerted actions, healthcare professionals are committed to transforming practices to better protect seniors from risks associated with inappropriate medical treatments or poorly coordinated care.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The STOP IATRO project has been co-financed with an amount of 1,301,219.70 euros by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), in the framework of the Interreg V-B South West Europe (SUDOE 2021-2027) programme.
