This <strong>technical meeting<\/strong> aimed to <strong>evaluate the progress<\/strong> in the development of <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/piloto-proyecto-27\/pilots\/\"><strong>Pilot 1<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0of the <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\">RESINSURF project<\/a> and plan the next steps.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chrome-dur-industriel.fr\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">Chrome Dur Industriel<\/a>, a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\">RESINSURF<\/a> consortium, is a <strong>leader in hard chrome coating<\/strong> applications. The company specializes in treating <strong>complex-shaped parts<\/strong>, offering solutions that enhance component durability by renewing chrome deposits. The company has <strong>implemented a facility<\/strong> for the deposition of<strong> hard chrome using trivalent chromium<\/strong>, moving toward <strong>more sustainable<\/strong> and <strong>EU-compliant<\/strong> processes.<\/p>\n<p>The visit included discussions with <a href=\"https:\/\/adera.fr\/cellules\/ut2a-analyses-traces-metaux-aquitaine\/\">ADERA-UT2A<\/a>, partners in the process of joining the <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\">RESINSURF<\/a> consortium, who are already collaborating with some members in other projects. The <strong>development of bath control techniques<\/strong> by <a href=\"https:\/\/adera.fr\/cellules\/ut2a-analyses-traces-metaux-aquitaine\/\">ADERA-UT2A<\/a> and the validation of optimal solutions using real parts at <a href=\"https:\/\/chrome-dur-industriel.fr\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">Chrome Dur Industriel<\/a>\u2019s facilities were addressed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/piloto-proyecto-27\/pilots\/\">Pilot 1<\/a> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\">RESINSURF<\/a> project aims to develop <strong>processes without hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) for hard chrome<\/strong> electrodeposition, eliminating the use of this compound and <strong>reducing associated environmental and health risks<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/cidetec.es\/\">CIDETEC<\/a>, as the project coordinator, plays a key role in <strong>implementing and transferring solutions to partners<\/strong> like <a href=\"https:\/\/chrome-dur-industriel.fr\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">Chrome Dur Industriel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>This visit strengthens collaboration among project partners and highlights the joint commitment to pursuing safer and more sustainable alternatives in industrial surface treatments.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESINSURF Project: Strengthening Ties in the Context of Pilot 1.
