This initiative is part of the project\u2019s efforts to drive innovation and technical excellence in the industrial sector, promoting knowledge transfer to small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>During two intensive days, the attendees\u2014professionals from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chrome-dur-industriel.fr\/\">Chrome Dur Industriel<\/a>\u2014were able to deepen their understanding of the theoretical and practical fundamentals of UV-Visible spectrophotometry, essential for ensuring proper control of the trivalent chrome baths used in the <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\">RESINSURF Project<\/a>. The training focused on understanding the scientific principles behind this technique, as well as its application for quality control and analysis in the industrial environment. This exchange of ideas and knowledge not only strengthened the technical skills of the attendees, but also fostered the creation of a network of collaborative and proactive professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Christine Gleyzes, a professional and, on this occasion, trainer at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ut2a.fr\/en\/\">Adera-UT2A<\/a>, would like to express her sincere gratitude to Laure and Fabrice for their hospitality, logistical support, and active participation throughout the training.
