Without losing the quality of health care that will always be there for all of you, it is essential that everyone be trained in a minimum of self-care, autonomy and well-being that we can apply in our lives, in everyday life, and in that of the elderly people we have around,&#8221; said Fernando Dom\u00ednguez.<\/p>\n<p>The activity was organized in collaboration with the Health Centers of Cintru\u00e9nigo and Fitero, and aimed to bring health promotion directly to the territory, promoting healthy habits adapted to the daily environment of elderly people, prevent frailty and help them take care of their own health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Institutional and local collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event benefited from the collaboration of the Service Navarro de Sant\u00e9 &#8211; Osasunbidea (SNS-O), the municipalities and health centers of Cintru\u00e9nigo and Fitero, the Cintru\u00e9nigo-Fitero Social Services Consortium, the Alhama Association, the Retiree\u2019s Home of Cintru\u00e9nigo and the Residence San Francisco de Asis.<\/p>\n<p>Institutional and local representatives, the mayors of Cintru\u00e9nigo and Fitero, the manager of the Health Area of Tudela, Ana Campillo, and part of the primary care management and responsible for health centers and clinics in the area, also participated.
