Sylvain Amand, R&amp;D Manager at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.axyal.com\/home\"><strong>AXYAL<\/strong><\/a>, delivered the session in December 2025 at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iprem.univ-pau.fr\/en\/home.html\"><strong>IPREM<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Amphitheatre.<\/p>\n<p>The masterclass, entitled\u00a0<em>\u201cTraitements et Ing\u00e9ni\u00e9rie de Surface pour l&#8217;Industrie A\u00e9ronautique &amp; les d\u00e9fis \u00e9codurables de demain\u201d<\/em>, explored current innovations, industrial challenges, and ecological approaches shaping the future of aeronautics. It was part of a series of masterclasses linked to the <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\"><strong>Interreg Sudoe<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\"><strong>RESINSURF<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0project, coordinated by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/surfaceengineering.cidetec.es\/\"><strong>CIDETEC Surface Engineering<\/strong><\/a>, which aims to replace toxic treatments with sustainable alternatives.<br \/>\nThis event was key for professionals and students interested in green materials and sustainable aeronautics, reinforcing collaboration among partners such as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iprem.univ-pau.fr\/en\/home.html\"><strong>IPREM<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and entities from Spain, France, and Portugal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In December 2025, IPREM at UPPA organized a masterclass on sustainable aeronautical surface treatments, delivered by Sylvain Amand (AXYAL) within the framework of the Interreg Sudoe RESINSURF project.
