The purpose of the study was to gather detailed insights to identify areas for improvement, assess user satisfaction, and explore the potential integration of several digital technologies included in the project\u2019s <em>Toolbox<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Findings that reinforce a person\u2011centered care model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The analysis revealed a <strong>very high level of satisfaction<\/strong> across all evaluated aspects. Participants unanimously reported that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>They always feel heard<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Their decisions are consistently respected<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The support they receive adapts to their personal needs and circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These results reinforce INTecum\u2019s commitment to a person\u2011centered approach, where respect, autonomy, and active listening are core principles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role of technology and supportive products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The survey also highlighted the usefulness of various <strong>assistive products<\/strong> aimed at enhancing safety, accessibility, and autonomy\u2014such as environmental control devices, mobility aids, and assistive communication tools.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the role of the <strong>personal assistant<\/strong> emerged as essential within long\u2011term care pathways. This professional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides continuous support and companionship,<\/li>\n<li>Carries out essential tasks aligned with the individual\u2019s life project,<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates access to services and resources,<\/li>\n<li>Assists in decision\u2011making processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants emphasized that without this crucial figure, the implementation of the project would not be feasible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A heartfelt acknowledgment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Social Services Directorate expresses its sincere gratitude to all individuals who contributed to the mini\u2011pilot, particularly to participants who generously shared their experiences during challenging personal moments.
