This edition was co-organized by two key partners of the European project\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\">RESINSURF<\/a>: the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ua.pt\/\">University of Aveiro (UA)<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spmateriais.pt\/\">Portuguese Materials Society (SPM)<\/a>, and featured the participation of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.smallmatek.pt\/\">Smallmatek<\/a>, who contributed their expertise to enrich a program filled with cutting-edge presentations on sustainable innovation and advanced analysis in the field.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-63132 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CHARLA-RESINSURF-e1774936726740-300x176.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CHARLA-RESINSURF-e1774936726740-300x176.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CHARLA-RESINSURF-e1774936726740-768x451.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CHARLA-RESINSURF-e1774936726740.jpeg 813w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>The highlight for the <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\">RESINSURF<\/a>\u00a0consortium was the presentation by\u00a0Rosalina P\u00e9rez, researcher at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/surfaceengineering.cidetec.es\/\">CIDETEC Surface Engineering<\/a>, who showcased the project\u2019s contribution before an audience of international experts. In her lecture, Dr. P\u00e9rez focused on\u00a0anaphoretic lacquering\u00a0as one of the two strategic solutions developed by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyecto-interreg\/resinsurf\/\">RESINSURF<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0replace\u00a0Cr(VI)\u00a0in industrial surface coating processes.
