On 30 September, Nuria Freire from the Fundaci\u00f3n Juana de Vega<\/a> presented the Strategy for the implementation of Green Infrastructure (GI) in wine-producing landscapes of high ecological value in the SUDOE space<\/strong><\/a>, at the webinar “Vineyard Biodiversity Management” organized by the Plataforma Tecnol\u00f3gica del Vino.<\/a><\/p>\n

Nuria Freire outlined the foundations of this strategy: how it is designed, which territories it covers, and what its roadmap looks like to consolidate the SUDOE space as a benchmark for sustainable, environmentally responsible viticulture.<\/p>\n

The strategy is structured around 4 objectives<\/strong>, developed through 12 strategic lines<\/strong> and 28 concrete actions<\/strong>, applicable by different stakeholder profiles and at different scales of intervention \u2014 from the individual plot to the wine-producing territory.<\/p>\n

With this roadmap, and building on participatory governance models with the active commitment of growers, wineries, public administrations and citizens, the SUDOE space aims to establish itself as a European reference for ecological transition<\/strong>, where the vineyard functions as a resilient and multifunctional landscape that harmonizes production, nature, culture and sustainable development.<\/p>\n
