the monitoring committee, Member States and the European Commission;<\/li><li><strong>Operational communication<\/strong>: plan and produce content (writing, presentation materials, publications), ensuring consistency with the programme&#8217;s identity;<\/li><li><strong>Project support<\/strong>: assist project promoters with their communication plans and the correct application of publicity rules, organise training sessions;<\/li><li><strong>Event communication<\/strong>: design and organise the programme&#8217;s seminars and events;<\/li><li><strong>Tools management<\/strong>: manage the website and social media accounts, draft communication-related technical specifications and coordinate service providers;<\/li><li><strong>External relations<\/strong>: maintain the network of Interreg communication officers and relations with the media;<\/li><li><strong>Contribute to preparing monitoring committee meetings<\/strong> and drafting programme communication, information or marketing;<\/li><li>At least 7 years of experience in communication, including 3 years in institutional communication in an international two languages among Spanish\/French\/Portugues.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Desirable assets:<\/strong> proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe), basic art direction skills, knowledge of the third
