The system will also incorporate an innovative hydraulic curtain system as a pre-treatment based on bio-adsorption and bio-precipitation of heavy metals and organic compounds, using waste from the agri-food industry.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"611\"><strong data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"468\">Pilot 2b:<\/strong> Electro-stimulated wetland and a pilot ultrafiltration unit at a WWTP in Cartaxo (Portugal), for sustainable treatment and direct water reuse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"969\"><strong data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"626\">Pilot 2c:<\/strong> Ultrafiltration pilot at the WWTP in Torres Vedras (Portugal), for the direct reuse of treated water in the irrigation of a plot within the Parque Verde da V\u00e1rzea, in the municipality of Torres Vedras (Portugal).
