These pathways will be diverse, utilizing a variety of natural environments (sea, mountains, countryside) to foster learning in different settings and strengthen participants&#8217; personal and professional competencies.<\/p>\n<p>The programs will be adapted to different target groups, including mixed groups and specific groups such as women, immigrants, or people with disabilities, to ensure inclusion and equal opportunities in accessing these courses. Supervision will be tailored to the groups&#8217; needs, with specialized educators or local mentors providing personalized support and addressing participants&#8217; specific expectations. The duration and intensity of the courses will be flexible, depending on learning objectives and local conditions, to maximize the impact on youth employability.<\/p>\n<p>The innovative aspect lies in combining diversity of backgrounds, flexible pathways, and a cross-border approach. By testing various configurations, this action will determine the most effective methods for strengthening the competencies, social, and professional needs of young people.
