Developing a Tech-Based Pilot Experience for Rock Art Destinations
\nWe’re aiming to develop a technology-driven pilot experience for presenting rock art destinations through two main avenues:<\/p>\n

1. Digital Platform for the TupART Tourism Product Club
\nFirstly, we’ll develop a digital platform (and its ICT applications) for the TupART Tourism Product Club. All beneficiaries, with the collaboration of associates and especially the owners\/managers of rock art sites, will develop a core pilot activity for the TupART project. This forms the heart of the future networking efforts for the European rock art tourism product club. The digital platform will launch various digital applications, allowing users to access the tourism revitalization and management system of the CPT (Tourism Product Club).<\/p>\n

The platform will include all content generated by the TupART project. It will offer users diverse ways to engage with rock art, both for leisure and recreation from their devices (information, readings, videos, navigable virtual landscapes, virtual tours with augmented reality support, digital guide, etc.), and for tourist services. Both lines of work will be developed during and after the TupART project’s execution, as the consortium has a continuous development philosophy.<\/p>\n

2. Immersive Presentation of Non-Visitable Rock Art (IA RUPESTRE)
\nSecondly, we’ll develop resources that allow visitors to experience the destination without jeopardizing its conservation. IA RUPESTRE is an immersive presentation experience for non-visitable rock art works.<\/p>\n

This pilot activity, led by DGBAPC and supported by the beneficiary owners\/managers of rock art destinations (FCP, CMM, CUICD, CD24, SARL Isturitz, CyL, and GFA-DFG), aims to transport the public to the most sacred, fragile, and protected sites of humanity’s earliest art \u0096 mythical places and magical spaces. It will generate a grand audiovisual spectacle for all types of audiences, serving as a technological foundation for future applications at various destinations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
