{"id":71693,"date":"2026-08-25T13:40:24","date_gmt":"2026-08-25T11:40:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/?p=71693"},"modified":"2026-08-25T13:40:24","modified_gmt":"2026-08-25T11:40:24","slug":"4th-call-exchange-views-with-the-national-authorities-and-the-joint-secretariat-before-submitting-your-application","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/4th-call-exchange-views-with-the-national-authorities-and-the-joint-secretariat-before-submitting-your-application\/call\/","title":{"rendered":"4th call: exchange views with the National Authorities and the Joint Secretariat before submitting your application"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following the postponement of the submission deadline for structural project applications, as approved by the Monitoring Committee in July, a new week of meetings is being organised between project lead partners, the programme&#8217;s national authorities, and the joint secretariat.<\/p>\n<p>These discussions represent an excellent opportunity to present your project, verify its alignment with the programme&#8217;s requirements, and receive initial feedback before submitting your application.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting request form is <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.cloud.microsoft\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=wNqLzfA3IkC2NJVPIEQjQ2d1OjBNZ0VFjoBO4eB2xKRUN1Q3VDRFSzlEU0wzWTU5WUNMTlk5WTZNNi4u&amp;route=shorturl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before requesting a meeting, please note the following points:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Requests must be submitted by the entities that will be project beneficiaries. Consultancy firms may assist with the preparation of applications, but their participation in the meetings is not permitted.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting request must include the following sections of the application form:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Part B.1<\/strong>: Project approach<\/li>\n<li><strong>Part B.2.1<\/strong>: Common territorial challenges addressed by the project<\/li>\n<li><strong>Part B.2.2<\/strong>: Proven solutions and capitalisation approach<\/li>\n<li><strong>Part B.3.1<\/strong>: Partnership description<\/li>\n<li><strong>Part B.4.1<\/strong>: Project intervention area<\/li>\n<li><strong>Part C.1<\/strong>: Motivation and contribution of beneficiaries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Documents may be submitted in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.<\/p>\n<p>Any incomplete requests will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>If the proposal submitted does not correspond to the expected characteristics of a structural project, the joint secretariat reserves the right not to grant an interview, providing the reasons for this decision.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Request deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting requests will be accepted until 18 September.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After this date, and given the number of meetings already scheduled as well as the availability of the national authorities and the joint secretariat, some requests may not be accommodated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do not wait until the last few days to make your request.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We look forward to these upcoming discussions to help you prepare your future projects!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following the postponement of the submission deadline for structural project applications, as approved by the Monitoring Committee in July, a new week of meetings is being organised between project lead partners, the programme&#8217;s national authorities, and the joint secretariat.
