{"id":25032,"date":"2020-11-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-31T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/proyectos\/circular-economy-and-sustainable-tourism-in-destinations-of-the-sudoe-space\/"},"modified":"2020-11-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-10-31T23:00:00","slug":"circular-economy-and-sustainable-tourism-in-destinations-of-the-sudoe-space","status":"publish","type":"proyectos","link":"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/en\/proyectos\/circular-economy-and-sustainable-tourism-in-destinations-of-the-sudoe-space\/","title":{"rendered":"Circular Economy and Sustainable Tourism in Destinations of the SUDOE space"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GREENTOUR addresses 3 innovation actions framed within a transregional grouping model to take advantage of the flow and exchange of information:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 includes methodologies and actions to promote the circular economy in the tourism sector on a transregional scale not previously addressed,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 includes as a scientific and methodological innovation an ecolabelling with a life cycle perspective to assess the environmental impacts caused by tourist activity in a destination, in addition to economic and social variables,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 promotes interregional cooperation in the SUDOE area between institutions and policy makers, taking into account the tourism sector present in the validation of the proposed tools and strategies.<\/p>\n<p>This will be applied on a pilot basis in Lloret, Andorra, Auvergne, Cantabria, Rias Baixas and Portugal.
