This project’s global strategy will propose recommendations at various governance levels: European, national, regional, and local. It will focus on the employability of young people in rural areas and their socio-professional integration. Recommendations will specifically target public policies and institutional actors, emphasizing social innovation and a transnational approach to address the challenges of the rural labor market.<\/p>\n

At the European level, recommendations could focus, for example, on the synergy between rural development policies, social inclusion policies, and the social economy, while integrating nature sports and continuous training.<\/p>\n

At the national and regional level, they could focus on coordinating local development actors (local authorities, associations, businesses) to ensure better integration of young people.<\/p>\n

At the local level, the objective will be to support practical training and integration initiatives, focusing on local economic actors, especially in the areas of tourism, sports, and social enterprises.<\/p>\n
