They are also everyday routes, parks, libraries, squares, social centres, associations, community networks and places where people meet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"648\">One key idea runs through the whole work: for a resource to be useful in social prescribing, it is not enough for it to exist.
