{"id":56250,"date":"2025-11-26T13:44:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T12:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/?post_type=evento-proyecto&#038;p=56250"},"modified":"2026-02-13T12:21:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T11:21:06","slug":"taller-online-workshop-henko-net-analizaran-la-complejidad-en-cuidados-paliativos","status":"publish","type":"evento-proyecto","link":"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/fr\/evento-proyecto\/taller-online-workshop-henko-net-analizaran-la-complejidad-en-cuidados-paliativos\/","title":{"rendered":"Online workshop, HENKO NET will analyse the complexity of palliative care"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>On 10 December, during an online workshop, professionals and activists will analyse the complexity of palliative care, with the aim of discussing the latest conceptual frameworks and tools applied to clinical and organisational practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event, organised by the Bordeaux University Hospital Centre (CHUB) in collaboration with Gerontopol and the Bizkaia Provincial Council team, presents its provisional programme.<\/p>\n<p>The first session, entitled \u2018Complexity in palliative care\u2019 and led by Dr Matthieu Frasca (CHUB), will address the differences between complexity and difficulty, as well as the framework of systems and complexity proposed by the European Association for Palliative Care (EAPC, 2023), analysing its impact on clinical and organisational decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>The second session will be devoted to the HEXCOM model, a tool that allows for the structured assessment of the needs and resources of people in palliative care, advanced chronicity and their teams. The six domains of needs (clinical, psycho-emotional, social\/family, spiritual, ethical and organisational in the face of death) will be presented, together with the methodology developed for their application by Dr Busquet-Duran and Dr Esteban. The Henko Bizkaia Community will share the training experience they are carrying out through guided exercises based on real clinical cases, learning to identify patterns of complexity.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will conclude with a session focused on complementary resource assessment tools.
