Henko NET a organis\u00e9 un nouvel \u00e9v\u00e9nement consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l’am\u00e9lioration de l’identification pr\u00e9coce des besoins en soins palliatifs. Une journ\u00e9e con\u00e7ue pour mieux anticiper les voies de prise en charge, am\u00e9liorer la coordination entre les \u00e9quipes et renforcer les pratiques dans des contextes cliniques complexes.<\/p>\n

Les objectifs de la rencontre sont les suivants :
\n1. D\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d’identification pr\u00e9coce des besoins palliatifs
\n2. Comprendre les principes fondamentaux et l’utilisation du PPS, du SPICT et de l’IDC PAL
\n3. Analyser leur compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rents contextes cliniques
\n4. Identifier les obstacles et les facilitateurs \u00e0 leur mise en \u0153uvre
\n5. Encourager le partage des connaissances entre la France, l’Espagne et le Portugal
\n6. Favoriser leur int\u00e9gration dans la pratique quotidienne<\/p>\n
