Les 26 et 27 mars 2024 s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e la r\u00e9union de lancement du projet ThermEcoWat<\/strong> en France, au si\u00e8ge de la R\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes \u00e0 LYON.<\/p>\n

Le socio-\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me thermal, y compris les ressources en eau souterraine, est soumis \u00e0 un certain nombre de risques li\u00e9s aux effets du changement climatique. L’enjeu pour le secteur thermal est d’accro\u00eetre la r\u00e9silience des territoires thermaux.<\/p>\n

Les membres pr\u00e9sents lors de cette r\u00e9union<\/span><\/h3>\n

L’association Thermauvergne, <\/strong>Chef de File du projet ThermEcoWat, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de travailler sur cette question avec 3 groupes d’acteurs du Sud-Ouest de l’Europe :<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Gestionnaires d’\u00e9tablissements thermaux,<\/li>\n
  • Les \u00e9lus des territoires thermaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Le consortium est compos\u00e9 des 8 partenaires europ\u00e9ens suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    6. L’association GEOPLAT (sp\u00e9cialiste de la g\u00e9othermie) \u2013 Espagne<\/li>\n
    7. Les Thermes de S\u00e3o Pedro do Sul \u2013 Portugal<\/li>\n
    8. Le Laboratoire National de l’Energie et de la G\u00e9ologie (LNEG) \u2013 Portugal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      La r\u00e9union de lancement a permis aux membres du consortium de mieux se conna\u00eetre et de proposer une strat\u00e9gie et des m\u00e9thodologies de travail pour mieux comprendre les territoires, leurs ressources quantitatives et qualitatives en eau thermale, leur potentiel \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique li\u00e9 \u00e0 cette eau thermale et l’anticipation de nos \u00e9ventuelles vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s futures.<\/p>\n

      Les objectifs du projet<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Le premier objectif du projet est d’aller vers un nouveau mod\u00e8le de station thermale<\/strong>, moteur d’innovation pour la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des territoires.<\/p>\n

      Le second objectif est de renforcer la capacit\u00e9 des territoires thermaux concern\u00e9s et de leurs op\u00e9rateurs thermaux \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es (gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision<\/strong>) en mati\u00e8re de gestion de l’eau thermale et de d\u00e9veloppement social, \u00e9conomique, technique et \u00e9cologique (options d’investissement, \u00e9conomies induites par la g\u00e9othermie et les nouvelles technologies de stockage de chaleur, optimisation des ressources…).<\/p>\n

      Les sites thermaux concern\u00e9s par le projet ThermEcoWat (France, Espagne, Portugal<\/strong>) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de localisations g\u00e9ographiques tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes et sont donc affect\u00e9s diff\u00e9remment par le changement climatique. Cette coop\u00e9ration transnationale au niveau de l’Europe du Sud-Ouest devrait donc permettre aux territoires thermaux de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, gr\u00e2ce aux \u00e9changes, de connaissances compl\u00e9mentaires utiles \u00e0 leur r\u00e9flexion et \u00e0 leur <\/strong>futur positionnement strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n
