Este evento reuni\u00f3 a numerosos profesionales de la salud y socios del proyecto para definir las prioridades de los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tres objetivos principales del taller :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Evaluar las acciones pasadas<\/strong><br \/>\nEste taller permiti\u00f3 a los profesionales de la salud y a los socios realizar un balance de las acciones ya emprendidas, con el fin de analizar los avances logrados y aprovechar las lecciones aprendidas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Definir las prioridades de las acciones futuras<\/strong><br \/>\nLas discusiones se centraron en la implementaci\u00f3n de formaciones e intervenciones concretas para optimizar las pr\u00e1cticas de los cuidadores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Elaborar un plan de acci\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nEste plan tiene como objetivo optimizar las pr\u00e1cticas profesionales en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de la p\u00e9rdida de autonom\u00eda en los mayores, integrando las perspectivas de los diferentes actores implicados en el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una din\u00e1mica colaborativa ejemplar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El taller reuni\u00f3 a profesionales provenientes de diversos establecimientos y organizaciones, demostrando la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n interprofesional para el \u00e9xito del proyecto STOP IATRO:<br \/>\nLos actores presentes fueron :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El CHU de Toulouse,<\/li>\n<li>El CHU de Limoges,<\/li>\n<li>El Centro Hospitalario de Lavaur,<\/li>\n<li>El Hospital de Vic-en-Bigorre,<\/li>\n<li>OpenCommunities Consulting, que coordin\u00f3 brillantemente los talleres de este primer a\u00f1o del proyecto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estos intercambios permitieron construir una hoja de ruta realista y ambiciosa, al mismo tiempo que fortalecieron los v\u00ednculos entre los distintos socios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prevenir la iatrogenia: un desaf\u00edo colectivo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este taller marca un avance crucial para el proyecto STOP IATRO.
