{"id":69313,"date":"2026-06-26T13:10:20","date_gmt":"2026-06-26T11:10:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/noticia-proyecto\/cetim-avanza-en-newpower-con-la-obtencion-de-nanofibras-de-celulosa-para-futuros-recubrimientos-alimentarios\/"},"modified":"2026-06-26T13:34:26","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T11:34:26","slug":"cetim-avanza-en-newpower-con-la-obtencion-de-nanofibras-de-celulosa-para-futuros-recubrimientos-alimentarios","status":"publish","type":"noticia-proyecto","link":"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/fr\/noticia-proyecto\/cetim-avanza-en-newpower-con-la-obtencion-de-nanofibras-de-celulosa-para-futuros-recubrimientos-alimentarios\/","title":{"rendered":"Le CETIM avance dans NEWPOWER sur la valorisation de la biomasse agroforesti\u00e8re pour de futurs emballages alimentaires durables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le CETIM Technological Centre poursuit ses avanc\u00e9es dans le cadre du projet NEWPOWER (Interreg Sudoe) autour du d\u00e9veloppement de solutions orient\u00e9es vers la valorisation durable des d\u00e9chets agroforestiers pour de futurs emballages alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 ce jour se sont concentr\u00e9s sur deux axes principaux : l\u2019\u00e9valuation de m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9traitement afin d\u2019optimiser l\u2019extraction de compos\u00e9s lignocellulosiques \u2014 cellulose, lignine et h\u00e9micellulose \u2014 et l\u2019obtention de nanoparticules de cellulose pouvant \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es chimiquement pour des applications dans les emballages alimentaires.<\/p>\n<h2>Des pr\u00e9traitements pour valoriser les fractions lignocellulosiques<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">En collaboration avec l\u2019Universidade de Vigo, l\u2019Universidade do Minho et l\u2019Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, le CETIM a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la caract\u00e9risation d\u2019\u00e9chantillons de bois de gen\u00eat et de sarments de vigne pr\u00e9alablement trait\u00e9s au moyen de diff\u00e9rents proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de pr\u00e9traitement, en utilisant diverses techniques et conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ces travaux permettent de progresser dans l\u2019identification des voies les plus adapt\u00e9es pour obtenir des fractions valorisables de cellulose, de lignine et d\u2019h\u00e9micellulose, avec un potentiel d\u2019application dans le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les r\u00e9sultats de caract\u00e9risation sugg\u00e8rent que le bois de gen\u00eat pr\u00e9sente un potentiel plus important pour l\u2019obtention de fractions de glucides, principalement de cellulose et d\u2019h\u00e9micellulose, tandis que les sarments de vigne apparaissent comme une source pr\u00e9sentant un potentiel plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de fractions de lignine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Par ailleurs, les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s indiquent que les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019autohydrolyse et de micro-ondes pourraient \u00eatre les plus adapt\u00e9es pour obtenir une meilleure fraction de lignine, tandis que l\u2019extrusion r\u00e9active et l\u2019explosion \u00e0 la vapeur apparaissent comme des pr\u00e9traitements d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l\u2019obtention de fractions de cellulose.<\/p>\n<h2>Obtention de nanofibres de cellulose<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">En parall\u00e8le, le CETIM a avanc\u00e9 dans l\u2019obtention de nanofibres de cellulose \u00e0 partir des fractions cellulosiques issues du bois de gen\u00eat et des sarments de vigne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que ces fractions pr\u00e9sentaient un degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019impuret\u00e9 en raison de la pr\u00e9sence de lignine r\u00e9siduelle apr\u00e8s le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Organosolv, une \u00e9tape pr\u00e9alable de d\u00e9lignification a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une solution de peroxyde d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne en pH basique. Les fractions cellulosiques purifi\u00e9es ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 soumises \u00e0 un traitement m\u00e9canique afin d\u2019obtenir des nanofibres de cellulose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les nanofibres obtenues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par spectroscopie infrarouge FTIR, afin de d\u00e9terminer les groupes fonctionnels, ainsi que par microscopie \u00e9lectronique en transmission \u2014 TEM \u2014 pour analyser leur morphologie.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent des nanofibres de cellulose pr\u00e9sentant des dimensions nanom\u00e9triques en section transversale, avec une largeur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50 nm, et une morphologie allong\u00e9e de l\u2019ordre du microm\u00e8tre. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques rendent les structures obtenues adapt\u00e9es aux prochaines \u00e9tapes de modification chimique, orient\u00e9es vers le d\u00e9veloppement de rev\u00eatements aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s hydrophobes et\/ou antimicrobiennes pour les emballages alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-69309\" 415px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>De nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux pour une bio\u00e9conomie circulaire<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ces avanc\u00e9es contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019un des objectifs cl\u00e9s de NEWPOWER : transformer les d\u00e9chets agroforestiers en produits \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e au moyen de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s durables et \u00e9volutifs, en renfor\u00e7ant le r\u00f4le des bioraffineries multiproduits dans la transition vers une bio\u00e9conomie circulaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Au cours des prochains mois, le CETIM poursuivra l\u2019optimisation de nouvelles voies de valorisation des fractions de cellulose, de lignine et d\u2019h\u00e9micellulose, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e au d\u00e9veloppement de nanomat\u00e9riaux, aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de modification chimique et aux films biosourc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ces travaux, NEWPOWER continue de promouvoir des solutions innovantes pour exploiter de mani\u00e8re int\u00e9grale la biomasse r\u00e9siduelle agroforesti\u00e8re et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux durables pr\u00e9sentant un potentiel d\u2019application dans des secteurs
