Interreg Sudoe autour de l\u2019\u00e9tude du potentiel bioactif d\u2019extraits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux obtenus \u00e0 partir de biomasse r\u00e9siduelle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ces travaux contribuent \u00e0 transformer les d\u00e9chets agroforestiers et agro-industriels en ressources \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e, en explorant de possibles applications fonctionnelles, nutraceutiques et th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c9valuation bioactive de l\u2019extrait de sarments de vigne<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">L\u2019une des principales lignes de travail de l\u2019Universidad de Zaragoza s\u2019est concentr\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019extrait de sarments de vigne \u2014 VPE, selon son acronyme anglais \u2014, obtenu \u00e0 partir de biomasse valoris\u00e9e par explosion \u00e0 la vapeur par l\u2019Universidade de Vigo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les essais r\u00e9alis\u00e9s montrent un profil d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat en raison de son comportement diff\u00e9renci\u00e9 : dans des lign\u00e9es cellulaires tumorales du c\u00f4lon et du foie, une r\u00e9duction de la viabilit\u00e9 cellulaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e, tandis que dans des cellules non canc\u00e9reuses, l\u2019extrait a montr\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 antioxydante \u00e0 des concentrations non cytotoxiques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La caract\u00e9risation de l\u2019extrait a permis d\u2019identifier un profil riche en compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques, avec la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019acides gallique, vanillique et 3,4-dihydroxybenzo\u00efque, associ\u00e9s \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 antioxydante et \u00e0 son potentiel en tant qu\u2019ingr\u00e9dient durable d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat fonctionnel.<\/p>\n<h2>Une \u00e9tude soumise \u00e0 \u00e9valuation scientifique<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dans ce contexte, l\u2019Universidad de Zaragoza a soumis \u00e0 \u00e9valuation dans la revue <em>Sustainable Food Technology<\/em> l\u2019article scientifique <strong>\u00ab Selective Anticancer and Antioxidant Effects of a Sustainable Vine Pruning Extract in Colon and Hepatic Cells \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ce travail analyse le potentiel de l\u2019extrait de sarments de vigne comme ingr\u00e9dient durable et multifonctionnel, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e \u00e0 son activit\u00e9 antioxydante et \u00e0 son comportement s\u00e9lectif dans des mod\u00e8les cellulaires de cancer du c\u00f4lon et du foie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cette avanc\u00e9e contribue \u00e0 renforcer la production scientifique de NEWPOWER et \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des connaissances appliqu\u00e9es sur de nouvelles voies de valorisation des d\u00e9chets agroforestiers.<\/p>\n<h2>Nouvelles lignes d\u2019\u00e9tude avec des extraits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Outre les travaux sur les sarments de vigne, l\u2019Universidad de Zaragoza a lanc\u00e9 de nouvelles lignes d\u2019\u00e9tude avec d\u2019autres extraits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour NEWPOWER, notamment des combinaisons du VPE avec un complexe d\u2019or, des extraits de marc provenant de la Universitat de Lleida et des extraits de fleur de gen\u00eat, d\u2019ajonc et de carqueja.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ces essais permettent de comparer le potentiel bioactif de diff\u00e9rents \u00e9chantillons et de progresser dans la s\u00e9lection de ceux pr\u00e9sentant le plus grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour de futures applications fonctionnelles, nutraceutiques ou th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/p>\n<h2>Recherche appliqu\u00e9e pour la bio\u00e9conomie circulaire<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les avanc\u00e9es de l\u2019Universidad de Zaragoza renforcent la transition de NEWPOWER depuis l\u2019obtention de compos\u00e9s bioactifs vers l\u2019\u00e9valuation de leurs possibles applications.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ces travaux, le projet continue de promouvoir des connaissances appliqu\u00e9es pour transformer la biomasse r\u00e9siduelle en ressources \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e, conform\u00e9ment aux principes de la bio\u00e9conomie circulaire.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"356\">Vous pouvez suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution du projet \u00e0 travers les canaux officiels de NEWPOWER sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/showcase\/newpower-sudoe\">LinkedIn<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/newpower_sudoe\/\">Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>L\u2019avenir l\u2019exige.
