Les chercheurs <strong>Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez Lozano<\/strong> et <strong>Luc\u00eda Mart\u00ednez Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> ont particip\u00e9, le 8 juin dernier, au Congr\u00e8s de <strong>l&rsquo;European Association for Cancer Research (EACR 2026)<\/strong>, l&rsquo;un des principaux \u00e9v\u00e9nements scientifiques en oncologie, consacr\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 la g\u00e9nomique fonctionnelle, \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 tumorale, aux biomarqueurs cliniques et aux m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9sistance aux traitements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u00c0 cette occasion, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 deux communications scientifiques sous forme de poster illustrant l&rsquo;application de la bioinformatique \u00e0 la recherche sur le cancer. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude porte sur l&rsquo;identification de signatures transcriptomiques du cancer du sein triple n\u00e9gatif afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la caract\u00e9risation mol\u00e9culaire de ce sous-type tumoral. La seconde analyse les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;Olaparib dans le cancer de l&rsquo;ovaire, afin de mieux comprendre la perte d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de certains traitements et de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/p>\n<p>Cette participation \u00e0 l&rsquo;EACR 2026 permet de valider les flux de travail d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans le cadre de RePo-SUDOE aupr\u00e8s de la communaut\u00e9 scientifique internationale et de consolider le r\u00f4le du projet dans les domaines de la m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9cision et du repositionnement de m\u00e9dicaments.
