Cette initiative repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape importante pour garantir l\u2019utilisation durable et la conservation \u00e0 long terme de l\u2019une des ressources naturelles les plus pr\u00e9cieuses de la localit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">Caldes de Montbui est reconnue internationalement pour son patrimoine thermal et pour ses eaux thermales, qui jouent un r\u00f4le fondamental dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale, le tourisme et les services publics. Le nouvel accord \u00e9tablit un cadre coordonn\u00e9 pour la gestion des ressources hydriques issues du puits thermal commun, en d\u00e9finissant les responsabilit\u00e9s de chaque op\u00e9rateur et en fixant les crit\u00e8res de distribution de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">L\u2019accord garantit \u00e9galement les usages sociaux et publics de l\u2019eau thermale, en assurant l\u2019approvisionnement des fontaines thermales publiques et de services essentiels tels que la R\u00e9sidence Fondation Santa Susanna.
