Les travaux men\u00e9s dans le cadre de NEWPOWER &#8211; Interreg Sudoe associent diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes d\u2019hydrolyse, de fermentation et d\u2019extraction afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la valorisation des ressources r\u00e9siduelles et d\u2019obtenir des produits \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"ztejvs\" data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2691\">Comparaison de diff\u00e9rents microorganismes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2693\" data-end=\"2870\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe a \u00e9valu\u00e9 le comportement de trois microorganismes \u2014<em data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2773\">Lactococcus lactis<\/em>, <em data-start=\"2775\" data-end=\"2796\">Lactobacillus casei<\/em> et <em data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2825\">Lactobacillus rhamnosus<\/em>\u2014 dans diff\u00e9rentes conditions exp\u00e9rimentales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2872\" data-end=\"3059\">Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que <em data-start=\"2899\" data-end=\"2920\">Lactobacillus casei<\/em> constitue l\u2019option la plus prometteuse parmi les esp\u00e8ces \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, avec les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de production d\u2019acide lactique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3197\">Cette comparaison permet de s\u00e9lectionner le microorganisme le plus adapt\u00e9 et d\u2019orienter les prochaines \u00e9tapes d\u2019optimisation du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1b6vl2k\" data-start=\"3199\" data-end=\"3243\">Des conditions favorables \u00e0 la production<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3245\" data-end=\"3370\">Les essais ont \u00e9galement permis d\u2019identifier certains des facteurs ayant le plus d\u2019influence sur les performances du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3372\" data-end=\"3582\">Une concentration plus faible d\u2019acide sulfurique lors de la premi\u00e8re phase d\u2019hydrolyse et une temp\u00e9rature plus basse pendant la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape favorisent notamment la production d\u2019acide lactique par <em data-start=\"3571\" data-end=\"3581\">L. casei<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3584\" data-end=\"3778\">Parall\u00e8lement, les essais exploratoires d\u2019extraction ont atteint des taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration proches de 87 %, un r\u00e9sultat qui permettra de poursuivre l\u2019ajustement des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"yyx9ah\" data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3800\">Prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3802\" data-end=\"3976\">Les prochains travaux porteront sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions identifi\u00e9es, l\u2019optimisation de l\u2019extraction et la d\u00e9finition du syst\u00e8me de purification de l\u2019acide lactique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3978\" data-end=\"4111\">L\u2019application d\u2019ultrasons entre les deux phases d\u2019hydrolyse sera \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9e afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4113\" data-end=\"4390\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Ces avanc\u00e9es contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019objectif de NEWPOWER de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles voies biotechnologiques pour transformer la biomasse r\u00e9siduelle en produits \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e et favoriser une utilisation plus efficace et durable des ressources agroforesti\u00e8res et agro-industrielles.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"356\">Vous pouvez suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution du projet \u00e0 travers les canaux officiels de NEWPOWER sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/showcase\/newpower-sudoe\">LinkedIn<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/newpower_sudoe\/\">Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>L\u2019avenir l\u2019exige.
