data-start=\"2832\" data-end=\"3091\">L\u2019\u00e9tude analyse diff\u00e9rentes strat\u00e9gies de valorisation des sous-produits g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019industrie vitivinicole des Vinhos Verdes, notamment les sarments de vigne et le marc de raisin, au moyen de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de r\u00e9utilisation et de transformation biotechnologique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3093\" data-end=\"3302\">La recherche met en \u00e9vidence le potentiel de ces mati\u00e8res r\u00e9siduelles comme source de compos\u00e9s d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et comme point de d\u00e9part pour le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux produits et applications \u00e0 plus forte valeur.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"4p4bbg\" data-start=\"3304\" data-end=\"3362\">Du r\u00e9sidu vitivinicole \u00e0 une ressource \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3364\" data-end=\"3575\">La valorisation des sarments et du marc permet de progresser vers une utilisation plus compl\u00e8te des ressources du secteur vitivinicole, tout en r\u00e9duisant l\u2019impact environnemental li\u00e9 \u00e0 la gestion de ses d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3773\">L\u2019application de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s biotechnologiques ouvre de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des composants bioactifs et diversifier les cha\u00eenes de valeur li\u00e9es \u00e0 ces sous-produits agro-industriels.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"4vt8kg\" data-start=\"3775\" data-end=\"3845\">Une production scientifique au service de la bio\u00e9conomie circulaire<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3847\" data-end=\"4098\">Le travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 dans l\u2019ouvrage <em data-start=\"3886\" data-end=\"3935\">WASTES: Solutions, Treatments and Opportunities<\/em>, qui rassemble une s\u00e9lection de contributions pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es lors de la septi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la conf\u00e9rence internationale WASTES, organis\u00e9e \u00e0 Mad\u00e8re en septembre 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4100\" data-end=\"4336\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Cette publication contribue \u00e0 diffuser les r\u00e9sultats scientifiques de NEWPOWER et \u00e0 renforcer les connaissances disponibles sur la transformation durable des r\u00e9sidus vitivinicoles en nouvelles ressources et en produits \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"246\"
