Cette publication dans une revue internationale de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence constitue une \u00e9tape importante pour le projet et contribue \u00e0 enrichir les connaissances scientifiques sur le des professionnels du conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9tique en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Cette publication apporte les premi\u00e8res preuves concernant la mise en \u0153uvre de mod\u00e8les structur\u00e9s de mentorat du conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9tique au Portugal et jette les bases de leur adaptation et de leur d\u00e9ploiement en Portugal, Espagne et en France. Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus contribueront au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un mod\u00e8le transnational de mentorat visant \u00e0 promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre et r\u00e9silience des professionnels et \u00e0 renforcer la qualit\u00e9 des services de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique dans l\u2019ensemble de la r\u00e9gion SUDOE.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019article est accessible via le lien suivant : <a href=\"https:\/\/rdcu.be\/fzj7n\">https:\/\/rdcu.be\/fzj7n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcu.be\/fzj7n\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-71608\" src=\"https:\/\/interreg-sudoe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/2026-08-12_EJHG2.jpeg-300x177.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"177\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tude et r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019article pr\u00e9sente les r\u00e9sultats de la premi\u00e8re action pilote de MAG-SUDOE, consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de faisabilit\u00e9, d&rsquo;acceptation et d&rsquo;impacts pr\u00e9liminaires d\u2019une pratique encore peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en Europe : la mentorat en conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. Les professionnels de ce domaine sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations \u00e0 forte charge \u00e9motionnelle, \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude clinique et \u00e0 des dilemmes \u00e9thiques complexes, ce qui rend de plus en plus n\u00e9cessaire la mise en place d\u2019espaces structur\u00e9s de r\u00e9flexion et de soutien professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019explorer le potentiel de cette approche, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche a mis en \u0153uvre un programme pilote de mentorar de groupe online au sein des services publics de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique au Portugal. Bas\u00e9s sur une approche narrative, les participants ont partag\u00e9 des cas r\u00e9els issus de leur pratique clinique, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi aux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s et explor\u00e9 collectivement des strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel et professionnel et, par cons\u00e9quent, la prise en charge des patients et de leurs familles.<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9sultats montrent que la mentorat constitue une intervention \u00e0 la fois r\u00e9alisable et bien accept\u00e9e par les professionnels de la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. Les participants ont particuli\u00e8rement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de disposer d\u2019un espace s\u00fbr pour partager leurs exp\u00e9riences, aborder l\u2019impact \u00e9motionnel des situations complexes et apprendre des perspectives de leurs coll\u00e8gues. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9galement favoris\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexion plus approfondie sur la pratique clinique, renforc\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences en communication et contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le sentiment d\u2019isolement professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats obtenus au Portugal, l\u2019\u00e9tude fournit des donn\u00e9es scientifiques sur un besoin \u00e9mergent au sein des services de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique : soutenir non seulement la formation technique des professionnels, mais aussi leur bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 des situations cliniques complexes.
