Contrairement aux projets de capitalisation, centr\u00e9s sur l\u2019analyse et la valorisation de r\u00e9sultats existants, les projets structurants visent une mise en \u0153uvre op\u00e9rationnelle et une transformation effective des politiques publiques.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4fa67ab e-flex en proposant des solutions impactantes qui couvriront une large partie du territoire Sudoe.<\/p><p>Pour cela, les autorit\u00e9s du programme ont organis\u00e9, pr\u00e9alablement au lancement de cet appel, des focus groups r\u00e9unissant des acteurs cl\u00e9s de chaque th\u00e9matique.
