Ce traitement am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques des pi\u00e8ces, offrant une duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure, \u00e0 l&rsquo;abrasion et \u00e0 la corrosion. Traditionnellement, ce processus utilise du chrome hexavalent (Cr(VI)), un compos\u00e9 hautement toxique et canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne. Ce projet ambitieux vise \u00e0 trouver une alternative viable et durable au chrome dur traditionnel, en particulier pour les applications fonctionnelles dans les secteurs de l&rsquo;a\u00e9ronautique et de l&rsquo;automobile. Le pilote cherche non seulement \u00e0 reproduire les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du chrome dur conventionnel, mais aussi \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation du Cr(VI). L&rsquo;initiative est cruciale dans le contexte actuel, o\u00f9 les r\u00e9glementations environnementales et de sant\u00e9 au travail sont de plus en plus strictes.
