Diverses parties prenantes li\u00e9es \u00e0\u00a0 HENKO NET y ont particip\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; Les entit\u00e9s partenaires du projet HENKO-NET<br \/>\n&#8211; La COMMUNAUT\u00c9 HENKO<br \/>\n&#8211; Les associations de soins palliatifs<br \/>\n&#8211; D&rsquo;autres parties prenantes des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes locaux engag\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;innovation et la durabilit\u00e9 dans le domaine des soins palliatifs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0La feuille de route s&rsquo;articule autour de cinq programmes et de deux th\u00e8mes transversaux (\u00c9thique et Durabilit\u00e9), mis en \u0153uvre \u00e0 travers 17 actions sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56959\"
