Forma Innova Sudoe is a project that addresses the problems of the disconnection and lack of understanding between training innovation at the universities and employment training institutions.
The project aims to improve university training and employment training through the transfer of teacher innovation processes enhanced by digital technologies in the field of universities and which have proved their effectiveness.
The objective is to analyze the best practices for designing a trans-national and regional model.
To achieve this is essential to share the progress made by the participating institutions, analyzed it and link the progress with the different European, National and Regional politics that influence this field developing a trans-regional model.
The methodology to be used to develop the project will have a multidisciplinary collaborative approach based on processes of co-creation and social innovation. The aim is to identify the indicators that define these practices, connecting training experiences with the needs of the socio-labour market.
To this purpose, we will have to consider the different organizational, methodological, technological and evaluative aspects involved in teaching innovation processes and also the combination of mixed qualitative methodologies for the evaluation of the products and processes.
