He has led several studies and surveys with the aim of auditing energy savings potential in public buildings and facilities. Experience gained in involving stakeholders in public-private partnerships (PPP) and public-private-people partnerships (PPPP) to implement RES installations and RUE projects through his participation in ZeroCO2 and Remida MED projects. Experienced in the promotion of sustainable development local strategies (Covenant of Mayors, Local Agenda 21). More than 10 years of experience in IEE projects implementation and financial management. He has also worked in the implementation and financial management of MED projects.
