De 2 a 6 de junho, o <strong>ICGC<\/strong>, <strong>servi\u00e7o geol\u00f3gico da Catalunha<\/strong> e parceiro do cons\u00f3rcio, participou no <strong>1\u00ba Congresso da Rede de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Geot\u00e9rmica de Portugal e Espanha<\/strong> (<strong>Geo-RIN<\/strong>), realizado em Benasque, onde foi apresentado o projeto ThermEcoWat.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>Foco na Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e na Sustentabilidade Energ\u00e9tica<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o fez parte da sess\u00e3o &#8220;Case Studies and Best Practices&#8221;, que se focou em novas metodologias e inova\u00e7\u00f5es para a <strong>sustentabilidade energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>. Durante esta sess\u00e3o, totalmente orientada para a inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica e sustentabilidade, especialistas de v\u00e1rias \u00e1reas partilharam as suas vis\u00f5es para enfrentar os futuros desafios energ\u00e9ticos, incluindo a explora\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica de \u00e1guas termais. A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto ThermEcoWat demonstrou que, para enfrentar os desafios das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas nos ecossistemas termais, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio alterar o atual modelo de explora\u00e7\u00e3o das \u00e1guas termais, enquanto recurso de <strong>\u00e1gua mineral-medicinal<\/strong>, e diversificar a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o incorporando o seu vetor energ\u00e9tico. Durante a confer\u00eancia, foram tamb\u00e9m debatidos diferentes aspetos dos quadros jur\u00eddicos em toda a UE para caminhar no sentido de uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica eficiente. A este respeito, a <strong>ThermEcoWat<\/strong> apresentou como est\u00e1 a ser realizada uma an\u00e1lise espec\u00edfica nos tr\u00eas casos-piloto para identificar as limita\u00e7\u00f5es e\/ou oportunidades dentro dos atuais quadros regulamentares que influenciar\u00e3o o desenvolvimento e potenciais adapta\u00e7\u00f5es das regi\u00f5es t\u00e9rmicas.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">Contribuir para os objetivos do Pacto Ecol\u00f3gico com a UE<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Com base nos insights compartilhados durante a confer\u00eancia <strong>geot\u00e9rmica<\/strong>, pode-se concluir que os fundamentos e caminhos estrat\u00e9gicos de desenvolvimento do projeto <strong>ThermEcoWat<\/strong> est\u00e3o alinhados com os objetivos do atual G<strong>reen Deal<\/strong> da <strong>UE<\/strong> para uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica justa e sustent\u00e1vel.
