ULTREIA SUDOE, cofinanciado pelo programa Interreg Sudoe, reuniram-se em Toulouse (Fran\u00e7a) para avan\u00e7ar na coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transnacional em torno dos Caminhos de Santiago.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Durante duas jornadas de trabalho t\u00e9cnico e atividades de interc\u00e2mbio, as entidades participantes partilharam progressos e propostas no \u00e2mbito desta iniciativa, cujo principal objetivo \u00e9 reativar o turismo de interior em territ\u00f3rios rurais ligados \u00e0s rotas jacobeias.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto \u00e9 liderado pela <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Camino Lebaniego<\/strong>, que conta com o apoio e a experi\u00eancia de entidades espanholas como a <strong>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Munic\u00edpios do Caminho de Santiago Franc\u00eas (AMCS)<\/strong>, <strong>Amica<\/strong>, a equipa de <strong>Cultura, Patrim\u00f3nio e Paisagem do Governo da Cant\u00e1bria<\/strong>, e a <strong>S.A. de Xesti\u00f3n do Plan Xacobeo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fazem tamb\u00e9m parte do cons\u00f3rcio parceiros portugueses como o <strong>Munic\u00edpio de Vila Pouca de Aguiar<\/strong> e a <strong>Universidade NOVA de \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Reuni\u00e3o em Toulouse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A reuni\u00e3o, realizada no Pal\u00e1cio Ass\u00e9zat \u2013 Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Bemberg, reuniu institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Espanha, Fran\u00e7a e Portugal envolvidas na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o cultural, tur\u00edstica e socioecon\u00f3mica dos itiner\u00e1rios jacobeus.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o encontro, foram apresentados v\u00e1rios relat\u00f3rios, incluindo os relativos \u00e0 acessibilidade e inclus\u00e3o, e avan\u00e7ou-se na planifica\u00e7\u00e3o de novas jornadas tecnol\u00f3gicas internacionais previstas para o pr\u00f3ximo ano.<\/p>\n<p>Paralelamente, iniciou-se o desenvolvimento dos HUBs territoriais, concebidos como espa\u00e7os de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e participa\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3, que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o a ser implementados nas localidades de Potes, Belorado, Eauze, O Cebreiro e Vila Pouca de Aguiar.<br \/>\nAl\u00e9m disso, continua a avan\u00e7ar o trabalho para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das Paragens no Caminho, localizadas em San Vicente de la Barquera, Belorado, Eauze, O Cebreiro e Vila Pouca de Aguiar. Os parceiros do projeto percorreram a p\u00e9 este trecho emblem\u00e1tico com o objetivo de analisar <em>in situ<\/em> os recursos patrimoniais, naturais e tur\u00edsticos ligados ao itiner\u00e1rio jacobeu. Esta atividade permitiu avaliar diretamente aspetos-chave para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es-piloto no \u00e2mbito do projeto <strong>ULTREIA SUDOE<\/strong>, refor\u00e7ando a abordagem territorial e a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transnacional em torno dos Caminhos de Santiago.<\/p>\n<p>Nos pr\u00f3ximos dias, um grupo de pessoas com defici\u00eancia, juntamente com profissionais da <strong>Amica<\/strong>, da <strong>Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Camino Lebaniego<\/strong> e da <strong>COCEMFE Cantabria<\/strong>, continuar\u00e1 a trabalhar na quarta an\u00e1lise de acessibilidade e inclus\u00e3o do projeto, centrada desta vez na zona de <strong>Eauze<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>O encontro terminou com a planifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos pr\u00f3ximos marcos, entre eles o <strong>Semin\u00e1rio Internacional 2026<\/strong>, a\u00e7\u00f5es formativas sobre inclus\u00e3o e a pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o de parceiros, que ter\u00e1 lugar na <strong>Galiza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-3' Saint-Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my de Lauzarte\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Desafios e valores do projeto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O projeto <strong>ULTREIA SUDOE<\/strong> procura fortalecer a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre territ\u00f3rios do sudoeste europeu para melhorar a gest\u00e3o, promo\u00e7\u00e3o e sustentabilidade dos Caminhos de Santiago, considerados patrim\u00f3nio mundial e eixo estruturante do desenvolvimento local. O projeto teve in\u00edcio em <strong>2024<\/strong> e prolongar-se-\u00e1 at\u00e9 ao final de <strong>2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o realizadas com base no <strong>respeito<\/strong>, na <strong>consci\u00eancia<\/strong>, na <strong>autenticidade<\/strong>, na <strong>sustentabilidade<\/strong> e no <strong>compromisso com os valores do Caminho<\/strong>.
