o primeiro semestre de 2026, o projeto DAIRITAL alcan\u00e7ou um marco importante: a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o saiu do laborat\u00f3rio e passou a desenvolver-se diretamente nas explora\u00e7\u00f5es e queijarias.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s v\u00e1rios meses de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o metodol\u00f3gica, defini\u00e7\u00e3o de protocolos e trabalho interno entre parceiros, as atividades do GT1 (Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Estrat\u00e9gia) entram agora na sua fase mais vis\u00edvel: a experimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais no territ\u00f3rio SUDOE.<\/p>\n<p><img ativas no terreno:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amostragem em explora\u00e7\u00f5es de bovinos e ovinos<\/li>\n<li>In\u00edcio de pain\u00e9is sensoriais e estudos sobre a qualidade do leite e do queijo<\/li>\n<li>Ensaios de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de subprodutos e redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolvimento e valida\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas digitais avan\u00e7adas (MIR)<\/li>\n<li>Ensaios sobre a ordenha uma vez por dia em ovinos<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolvimento metodol\u00f3gico de aditivos para reduzir emiss\u00f5es de GEE em chorumes<\/li>\n<li>Revis\u00e3o bibliogr\u00e1fica sobre propriedades espumantes do leite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Paralelamente, arrancou tamb\u00e9m a A\u00e7\u00e3o 1.2, cujo objetivo \u00e9 avaliar de forma te\u00f3rica o impacto econ\u00f3mico, social e ambiental das inova\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas na A\u00e7\u00e3o 1.1 em explora\u00e7\u00f5es e queijarias.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto entra assim numa fase chave, onde os dados t\u00e9cnica, este encontro evidenciou um dos principais valores do DAIRITAL: a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transnacional real.<\/p>\n<p>Um espa\u00e7o onde franc\u00eas, portugu\u00eas, espanhol, basco e ingl\u00eas foram utilizados de forma natural, muitas vezes combinados para garantir uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o fluida e eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>Cada parceiro contribui com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>conhecimento cient\u00edfico<\/li>\n<li>experi\u00eancia no terreno<\/li>\n<li>liga\u00e7\u00e3o direta ao setor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Em conjunto, estamos a construir uma vis\u00e3o comum para o futuro do setor
