Finnova Foundation is a Spanish-Belgian foundation that supports the financing of innovation in companies, regions and municipalities. Our areas of expertise include sustainable development, circular economy, water and waste management, employment and youth, ICT and tourism, among others. Finnova has experience in the field of forest fire prevention through the projects CILIFO and FIREPOCTEP, in which we are beneficiaries and to which we have brought our expertice in project management and innovation with the creation of startup awards in the field. Furthermore, in 2021 Finnova was awarded with the European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA) for our Firefighting Open Innovation Lab - CILIFO, the first in the forest fire and forest management field, which supports entrepeneurs' most innovative initiatives in the field.
