PhD Degree, International Mention «Cum Laude» by Salamanca and Vigo Universities (Spain) in May 2017, with the Doctoral Thesis «Analysis of fluvial hydrodynamic behavior using Causal Reasoning and Artificial Vision». Master’s Degree in Cartographic Geotechnologies applied to Engineering and Architecture (Extraordinary Master’s Degree Award from Salamanca University), Graduate in Civil Engineering (European University of Madrid), Technical Engineer in Public Works (specializing in Hydrology), and Technical Engineer in Topography, both from the Salamanca University (USAL).

From 2011-2013, 2016 and since 2020 Adjunt Professor Department of Cartographic and Terrain Engineering – Hydraulic Engineering Area (USAL). From 2017 to 2019, researcher at USAL. From 2020, Postdoctoral Researcher in the IGA Research Group USAL. Co-author of several publications in high impact research journals, JCR and SCI indexes, such as «Journal of Hydrology», «Water Resources Management», «River Research and Applications» and «Water», as well as reviewer and guest editor.

Since 2020, he has been a professor of the Master’s Degree in Water Systems Modeling at USAL. Since 2022, Researcher attached to the Center for Research and Technological Development of Water (CIDTA; USAL). Since April 2023, Professor of the PhD Program in «Water Systems Engineering» (USAL).

From September 2023 Assistant Professor Department of Cartographic and Terrain Engineering – Hydraulic Engineering Area (USAL).
