The aim of this project is to determine the optimal economic and environmental rotation cut of even-aged maritime pine stands in landes gascogn, france Major objective of the study will be(i)identify typical environmental rotation cut of even-aged maritime pine stands, in other word the effect of rotation cut time on the value of carbon stock in trees from environmental point of view by using LCA and LCC(ii) identifying economical optimal rotation cut of even-aged maritime pine stands. Rotation cut time has significant effect in the amount of carbon stock and raw wood produced, consequently on the value of wood produced and environmental value of stocked carbon. Even- aged maritime pine stands in Landse Gascogn, France will be constituting the population of this project. The economic and environmental value of wood produced and carbon stock in trees. Different numbers of plots will be taken from each stands depend on the stand area. The data will be collected by stands inventory to collect data related to High, Dimeter at breast height, for each tree in selected plots to set up the standard volume table and local volume table in order to find mean annual increment and current annual increment for determination optimal economic and environmental rotation cut. From the optimal rotation cut we will find the amount od produced wood and the amount of carbon stock in wood then we will correspond the amount of carbon to CO2eq, then life cycle assessment, life cycle costing and material flow analysis will apply to assess net economic and value at typical rotation cut. The study will be equally significant for all even-aged maritime pine stands. The study will show new methodology for determination optimal rotation cut using environmental technical which evaluated the whole production process of the products and services for their negative and positive social and environmental impact. Then material flow cost accounting which is the one of environmental tool under environmental management accounting in order to achieve timber sustained yield and increase the precise, transparent and consistent in determination of economic and environmental optimal rotation cut.
