When it comes to people with physical or intellectual disabilities, the territorial challenges in Spain, Portugal, and southwestern France regarding socio-professional integration are common: employment rates of approximately 25%, barriers in education and vocational training that limit their job opportunities; lack of physical accessibility and curricular adaptations, precarious employment, still insufficient support in terms of guidance and personalized assistance, etc. Artificial intelligence (AI) has proven to be a powerful tool in multiple sectors, offering innovative solutions that can transform industries and improve daily life. However, the impact of AI extends beyond mere automation and efficiency; in particular, AI for Social Good (AI4SG) stands out for its potential to address significant social and environmental challenges. In this framework, the main objective of the project is to develop a network of small centers, called “Neurone IncluvIA”, specialized in the labor inclusion of people with disabilities through the integration of Collaborative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent technologies. IncluvIA will facilitate the creation of new jobs and training opportunities in the use of these technologies, promoting a more inclusive and equitable society. To this end, the project will promote exchange, testing, and demonstration activities: 1. Strategies and knowledge sharing, including transnational workshops and meetings to co-create strategies that reflect the needs and capabilities of the various actors involved. 2. Development of Training and Awareness Programs: Design and testing of AI training programs adjusted to different skill levels and accessibility. 3. Pilot Labor Integration and Entrepreneurship Pathways: Pilot labor integration projects that facilitate collaboration between social, technological, and business actors.
