Interreg programmes make cooperation a reality across Europe’s regions by funding projects that aim to find common solutions to shared challenges.
The 2021-2027 programming period is the fourth generation of cooperation for most transnational Interreg programmes.
However, how can Interreg continue to contribute to the development of our regions after 2027?
Political discussions on the future of cohesion policy and Interreg already started last year. In this process, European, national and regional policymakers are curious to hear the needs and wishes of cooperation actors on the ground.
With this survey, we are supporting a Europe-wide effort coordinated by the European Commission. Your contributions to this survey will directly inform the position of policymakers, who are tasked with formulating concrete policy proposals in spring 2025.
Your participation is essential because you are at the heart of the cooperation projects that you implement in our cooperation area
Take this opportunity to share your ideas and views on the future of Interreg!
This survey is the result of a combined effort with 5 others transnational Interreg programmes:
You may be asked to answer this survey by more than one transnational program.
In this case, please fill out this questionnaire only once and mention the programs for which you are speaking!
Finally, for reasons of ease of processing and analysis of contributions, your survey responses must be written in English only. However, in order to help you better prepare for your participation, the Sudoe Joint Secretariat offers a courtesy translation of the survey questionnaire into Spanish, French and Portuguese
