Adrián Agraso Otero and Sara González-García, researchers at CRETUS, will present the first paper derived from the I-ReWater project at the ‘Seminar on Environmental Sustainability in Vineyards and Winemaking – Lifecycle and Carbon Footprint’, held in Vila Real (Portugal) and organised by the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD).
The contribution focused on the progress of the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) applied to the pilot experience in La Grajera vineyards, developed in collaboration with the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences, with the participation of Mar Vilanova (CSIC) and Javier Ugarte (Government of La Rioja).
In addition to coordinating the I-ReWater project, the USC is responsible for Activity 1.2 dedicated to LCA, led by CRETUS researchers Sara González-García, Gumersindo Feijoo and Adrián Agraso Otero.
