On 1 February, Xavier Vallverdú, from IRTA, presented our project and the pilot schemes being developed by IRTA and the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB) on woody and horticultural crops at the agricultural innovation space ‘Planter Innov@’ at the Fira de la Candelera in Molins de Rei.
In the context of this fair organised by the city council, this is the second year that the ‘Planter Innov@’ training space has been set up to bring agricultural innovation projects closer to both professionals in the sector and the general public. In 2025, the central theme was ‘Water saving and regeneration’.
