The DAIRITAL project (S2/1.4/E0266), framed within the European Interreg VI-B Sudoe programme, is holding its first face-to-face meeting of the Monitoring Committee. Until now, all meetings have been held online, and this event will finally bring together the partners of the transnational consortium to review the project’s progress, address challenges, and plan the next phases aimed at the digitalisation and sustainability of the traditional dairy and cheese sector in the SUDOE region.
With the participation of entities from Spain, France and Portugal, DAIRITAL seeks to promote innovative solutions that enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector, contributing to the creation of a Transnational Strategy for the coordinated adoption of digital and ecological practices.
