As part of the 2025 awareness and training initiatives of Portugal’s Department of International Tourism Relations on European funding programs, Termas de S. Pedro do Sul was invited to produce a video presenting the ThermEcoWat project.
Through this action, Termas de S. Pedro do Sul:
- Showcased the ThermEcoWat project and its objectives for enhancing the resilience of thermal regions against climate change.
- Shared best practices and adaptation strategies developed with international partners.
- Raised awareness in the tourism sector about European funding opportunities to support innovative projects.
- Inspired other sustainable initiatives, highlighting the social, economic, and environmental impact of thermal projects.
This initiative demonstrates the active commitment of Termas de S. Pedro do Sul to promoting innovative European projects and strengthening the international visibility of Portuguese thermal resorts.
