On 25 and 26 February, Teruel hosted the RETSCOOP project Coordination Workshop. The meeting brought together the entities participating in the project, from Spain, France and Portugal, to advance the development of a shared methodology to support rural areas in economic transformation processes.

During the workshop, participants worked on specific tools for the co-construction of territorial strategies and the definition of individual roadmaps for their implementation.

The workshop also had the institutional support of Beatriz Redón, Deputy for Social Welfare at the Provincial Council of Teruel, and Luis Girón, Councillor for Employment and Economic Development at Teruel City Council.

Social economy with real impact

The visit to the ATADI Special Employment Centre provided first-hand insight into how the SSE generates inclusive employment and real opportunities in the region.

Our team remains committed to European cooperation as a lever for strengthening rural areas, boosting employment and building more resilient and cohesive regions. RETSCOOP is a clear example of how networking multiplies impact.
