The 2nd transnational meeting of the ResilientES Project took place in Toulouse on February 25 and 26, 2026. This was the second in-person meeting since the Murcia meeting in September 2025. Participants included not only the project partners but also stakeholders brought by the partners to present their best practices.
On the first day, February 25, the project partners had the project meeting. The representative of the Lead Partner (Region of Murcia) presented management matters within the scope of the Work Package (WP) of Management: Review of project management; the first declaration of expenses in eSUDOE platform and budget execution; and the review of the WP1 and WP2 work plans. Following this, ADRAT presented the review of communication activities: website and news, social media and communication materials, and organization of social economy fairs: structure, dates, and proposals from the partners within the scope of Communication WP.
The partner IUDESCOOP presented the stand point of the activity 1.1 – Mapping and analysis of territorial actors – Conclusions regarding the work and GIS mapping and the progress of activity 1.2 Creation of third places in the social economy. Subsequently, the partner AEXLAB presented the progress and graphic layout of the catalog of endogenous territorial resources with potential to become business ideas.
At the same time, the stakeholder group began a series of visits to third-party venues. They visited the third-party venue “Les Imaginations Fértiles” in Bellefontaine and the third-party venue “Les Herbes Folles.” The day concluded on the 25th with a partnership dinner for all participants.
The following day, February 26, it was held a roundtable discussion on transnational best practices, where stakeholders had the opportunity to present the best practices they had identified, keys to success, and challenges in implementing social economy best practices in rural areas.
Finally, all partners and stakeholders traveled to the third location, “Paysan Beauregard,” which welcomed the participants with lunch and an interesting and useful tour for the partners, where it was presented the history of the third location and the family winery.
