Are you an entrepreneur with a groundbreaking idea ready to scale, or do you want to turn your techy business into what you have always dreamt of? Now is the time to take a step forward. The SCAIRA acceleration programme launches its first call for applications with the aim of providing you with the tools, mentorship, and connections you need to fast-track your growth and take your business to the next level. You have until 27 January 2025 at 17h CET to register on our platform.
SCAIRA offers a six-month transnational acceleration programme composed of at least five services upon a portfolio of fourteen topics divided in three blocks: legal and administrative, technical consulting, and access to market services. In parallel, individualized mentoring assistance to ensure alignment with the needs exposed is foreseen. In short, the project proposes:
- Mentorship from industry leaders to guide you through every stage of growth.
- Access to investors and funding opportunities (public and private) to fuel your business expansion.
- Tailored workshops focused on product development, marketing, and scaling strategies.
- Networking events with key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Who’s it for?
The programme is designed for start-ups or entrepreneurs based and registered in the Interreg SUDOE area (France, Portugal, and Spain) with cutting-edge products and/or services with potential to be applied to the automotive and/or aerospace sector. But also for those brave hearts with a visionary mindset that do not shy away from change and exchange and are passionate for learning. In addition, until the first call closes, webinars will be organised in the three countries where the project is being developed to resolve any doubts that may arise.
The challenges
However, SCAIRA also requires a bit of elbow grease. The acceleration programme’s industry partners have prepared a series of challenges to stimulate creativity and identify and solve some of the most pressing challenges in the automotive and aerospace sectors, allowing entrepreneurs to not only strengthen their value propositions but also create disruptive solutions with high market impact. Each of these tests, from which a ranking of solutions will be established, has been carefully selected to respond to the current demands of the industry, enhancing the competitiveness of the participating start-ups and offering mentoring and resources to overcome the technological hurdles they face. Each applicant can submit a maximum of three challenges.
