Co-creation of Energetically efficient territorial solutions of Patrimonial Residential habitat Ecorenovation in SUDOE historical centres

ENERPAT sets itself the challenge of finding energetically efficient solutions for the renovation of old buildings so as to allow the preservation of heritage, the improvement of the comfort and the health of their inhabitants, and the introduction of these constructions into the circular economy cycle. With the aim of finding solutions transferable to all urban scales of south-west Europe, ENERPAT will carry out its research by means of the eco-renovation of pilot buildings in three spatial settlements: a metropolis such as Oporto (Portugal), a large town such as Vitoria (Spain), and a small town such as Cahors (France).
