El proyecto AgroTour SUDOE fomenta el agroturismo como una herramienta clave para dinamizar las zonas rurales de España, Francia y Portugal. A través de la diversificación de ingresos, la valorización de productos locales y la creación de experiencias piloto innovadoras, busca afrontar los retos del sector primario, como la sostenibilidad, el relevo generacional y la competencia externa.
Entre sus actividades clave se encuentran el desarrollo de experiencias piloto agroturísticas, la identificación de actores clave en el sector, la capacitación de productores y el monitoreo de resultados para integrarlos en políticas públicas. AgroTour SUDOE pretende fortalecer el vínculo entre lo rural y lo urbano, contribuyendo al desarrollo económico y social de las áreas rurales del sudoeste europeo.
This joint acceleration programme adopted by organisations will be the culmination of the implementation of a common strategy adopted by the six incubators (CARO, HIESE, IMT Alès, Albi, CEEIM, FUNDECYT). The successful adoption of the strategy will be made possible through the bi-monthly meetings of the consortium and through the deliverables. Indeed, each deliverable will contain a “best practices” section that will allow the members of the consortium but also the other readers of the deliverable to implement the SCAIRA methodology defined in the project strategy. Renault and AIRBUS ATLANTIC, as manufacturers directly concerned by this need for environmental transition in their respective ecosystems, will actively participate in the implementation of the strategy. The combined skills of the clusters’ incubators & ecosystems, as well as the support of the 6 industrialists (including Airbus Atlantic and Renault Espana) will create and deliver specialized services to accelerate the implementation of innovative green solutions in manufacturing companies in SCAIRA’s regions.
Este programa conjunto de aceleración adoptado por las organizaciones será la culminación de la aplicación de una estrategia común adoptada por las seis incubadoras (CARO, HIESE, IMT Alès, Albi, CEEIM, FUNDECYT). La adopción exitosa de la estrategia será posible gracias a las reuniones bimensuales del consorcio y a través de los resultados. De hecho, cada entregable contendrá una sección de “mejores prácticas” que permitirá a los miembros del consorcio, pero también a los demás lectores del entregable, implementar la metodología SCAIRA definida en la estrategia del proyecto. Renault y AIRBUS ATLANTIC, como fabricantes directamente afectados por esta necesidad de transición ecológica en sus respectivos ecosistemas, participarán activamente en la implementación de la estrategia. Las habilidades combinadas de las incubadoras y ecosistemas de los clústeres, así como el apoyo de los 6 industriales (incluidos Airbus Atlantic y Renault España) crearán y brindarán servicios especializados para acelerar la implementación de soluciones ecológicas innovadoras en las empresas manufactureras en las regiones de SCAIRA.
This toolbox will contain the tools that will allow the implementation of the pilot projects in the three pilot territories. The city of Cartagena, located in the Region of Murcia in Spain, will develop a Rural Transition Lab in the Oeste Region of its territory, a rural and marginalized region of the territory of the community. The pilot project will focus on the definition of new agricultural economic models based on the optimization and preservation of local resources (endogenous species, water recovery by PV panel systems). The Intermunicipal Community of Ave, located in the Norte Region of Portugal, will develop a second Rural Transition Lab. Its pilot project will be implemented in the municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso and will support the use of endogenous species and local know-how for the development of urbanized areas in order to optimize water use. The Syndicat mixte Est Creuse Développement, located in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region of France, will develop the third Rural Transition Lab at the level of its two communities of municipalities Creuse Confluence and Marche et Combrailles in Aquitaine. The pilot project will address the challenges of preserving endogenous biodiversity and landscapes and the challenges of runoff and soil erosion through the implementation of a sustainable management system for agricultural hedgerows. This toolbox will contain the method used for the territorial dialogue and the GIS tool (common solution): TOOLS for the implementation of the strategy of the RURAL TRANSITION LABS
Esta caja de herramientas contendrá las herramientas que permitirán la implementación de los proyectos piloto en los tres territorios piloto. La ciudad de Cartagena, ubicada en la Región de Murcia en España, desarrollará un Laboratorio de Transición Rural en la Región Oeste de su territorio, una región rural y marginada del territorio de la comunidad. El proyecto piloto se centrará en la definición de nuevos modelos económicos agrícolas basados en la optimización y preservación de los recursos locales (especies endógenas, recuperación de agua mediante sistemas de paneles fotovoltaicos). La Comunidad Intermunicipal de Ave, ubicada en la Región Norte de Portugal, desarrollará un segundo Laboratorio de Transición Rural. Su proyecto piloto se implementará en el municipio de Póvoa de Lanhoso y apoyará el uso de especies endógenas y conocimientos locales para el desarrollo de áreas urbanizadas con el fin de optimizar el uso del agua. El Syndicat mixte Est Creuse Développement, situado en la región francesa de Nueva Aquitania, desarrollará el tercer Laboratorio de Transición Rural a nivel de sus dos comunidades de municipios Creuse Confluence y Marche et Combrailles en Aquitania. El proyecto piloto abordará los desafíos de preservar la biodiversidad y los paisajes endógenos y los desafíos de la escorrentía y la erosión del suelo a través de la implementación de un sistema de gestión sostenible para los setos agrícolas. Esta caja de herramientas contendrá el método utilizado para el diálogo territorial y la herramienta SIG (solución común): HERRAMIENTAS para la implementación de la estrategia de los LABORATORIOS DE TRANSICIÓN RURAL
Pilot action articulated in 5 analysis windows that make up a territorial transect by different Sudoe mountain landscapes, with diverse geographical and heritage characteristics. The pilot action makes it possible to propose and test various methodological proposals for valorisation, as well as devices for the digitisation of heritage or its virtualisation through 3D models. The pilot windows work complementary problems between them and carry out demonstration actions also cooperatives that aim to evaluate the best solutions for each type of landscape and heritage. Physical signage solutions are compared with virtual formulas, still little extended, but that allow to analyse non-invasive methodologies for the patrimonialisation of cultural landscapes. An important aspect that also addresses this pilot action is the incorporation of technological devices and inclusive museographic supports, which allow to make accessible all the valuable heritage to society as a whole, especially to people with disabilities who are usually without tools to enjoy the cultural heritage under equal conditions, especially if it is outdoors and not in a museum. The pilot action will not only test the most appropriate tools to patrimonialise, but also aims to evaluate the impact of the existence of these inclusive resources on groups with blindness or visual deficit when performing activities of discovery of the landscape, which we perceive mainly by sight.
El proyecto piloto para probar el concepto de Hubs de dinamización y Paradas en el Camino de los CaS se desarrollará en cinco territorios: uno en Portugal, tres en España y uno en Francia.
Los Hubs de dinamización serán grupos de trabajo encargados de mapear agentes principales, implicar a interesados clave, realizar análisis estratégicos, desarrollar metodologías y planes de trabajo, medir impactos, recoger lecciones aprendidas y crear modelos de replicabilidad. Las Paradas en el Camino serán lugares físicos y virtuales donde se podrán degustar, adquirir y enviar productos típicos, además de ofrecer información cultural, turística, ambiental y de ocio. Este proyecto se basará en una estrategia común y se monitorizará en los cinco territorios seleccionados para mejorar continuamente la estrategia y el plan de acción comunes.
