Experiencias piloto

Las diferentes experiencias piloto se estructuran en tres grupos, cada uno identificado con una temática y conducente a una solución: El primer grupo (digitalización) generará una solución en materia de digitalización de la experiencia agroturística (demanda) y mejora de la competitividad empresarial (oferta). – Nuevas tecnologías digitales (realidad mixta y aumentada) para la creación de experiencias agroturísticas inmersivas (CDA24). – Sistema de gestión inteligente de datos (Smart Data) para la mejora de la competitividad de empresas agroturísticas desde la mejora del conocimiento del cliente y la posterior segmentación de productos y experiencias turísticas. El segundo grupo (sostenibilidad ambiental) generará una solución de valorización y diferenciación de productos agroturísticos de bajo impacto ambiental: – Creación de itinerarios turísticos orientados al desarrollo sostenible y promoción de productos agroalimentarios de km0 (CRTLO) y de la conexión con figuras de protección ambiental (productos de la Reserva de la Biosfera, en el caso de la RBOV). – Creación de un pasaporte digital de productos con información sobre huella ambiental, origen, certificaciones de calidad, etc. (CIM VDL). El tercer grupo (segmentación de públicos) generará experiencias innovadoras adaptadas a distintos públicos particularmente apropiados para el sector agroturístico: – Experiencias agroturísticas diseñadas para públicos infantiles y juveniles de origen urbano (F. Ávila), incluyendo la colaboración en oficios tradicionales. – Valoración de productos agroalimentarios entre excursionistas (CDA09), tanto en el destino (Ariège) como origen (concept store en Toulouse). – Diseño de circuitos agroturísticos para públicos familiares urbanos (SODEBUR), incluyendo el patrimonio inmaterial asociado a la vida rural tradicional. Por lo tanto, el proyecto prevé desarrollar un total de tres acciones piloto encuadrables en el marco del RCO84.

Development of socio-cultural innovation and sustainable development clusters

The pilot action of WG3 is the most ambitious of the three developed in the project as it focuses on the definition of effective knowledge transfer mechanisms to make the cultural heritage of mountain landscapes a lever of development for the territories. The transfer is usually located as the last stage of the patrimonialisation processes and often does not materialise, or only in a very partial and institutionalised way, which generates in the end many equipment/equity resources practically abandoned, without a real use and exploitation, that languish and deteriorate quickly because the local population and the territorial actors do not really know them or consider them as their own. This pilot action aims to respond to this problem, completely turning it around from the processes of social innovation. Cultur-MONTS is committed to working on the transfer of heritage from the beginning of the project, placing as protagonists, and active agents of change, local communities, authorities, institutions and territorial actors (especially economic actors). This is how it is intended to test the application of methods of participation, such as “the path of impact”, through the promotion of formal spaces (physical or virtual) of encounter between all the agents involved: the clusters of sociocultural innovation and sustainable development. The idea that local communities express from the beginning what is the impact they expect from the project: what would you like to see achieved with CULTUR-MONTS; and from here, together with the consortium, determine what are the results to achieve and the best tools to achieve them.

Memory and orality laboratories for the safeguarding and enhancement of intangible heritage

Pilot action organised in 5 analysis windows aimed at the experimental impulse of memory laboratories to recover, preserve, value and transmit the intangible heritage linked to mountain cultural landscapes. Knowledge, doings, activities, traditional trades are at critical risk of disappearance in mountain environments due to the strong impact of population ageing, the demographic crisis and the lack of generational renewal in mountain exploitation activities, as well as the loss of intergenerational transmission of all oral heritage that explains legends, collective memories, traditions, names of places, transit roads, folk songs; an intangible human heritage, but indispensable, to understand the cultural and heritage dimension of mountain landscapes and that is irrecoverable once the voices of the senior population are extinguished. The pilot action also focuses on a historical vacuum in relation to the intangible heritage of mountain environments, especially if we talk about pastoralism and transhumance: the invisibility of women in this heritage. The pilot addresses this problem in a clear way with the aim of recovering and claiming the orality, knowledge and feminine practices in the mountain environments of the consortium, which is also the way to dignify the activities of domestic cure and terea that have historically fallen to women and have been underestimated in the whole ethnographic and intangible heritage of agropastoralism and the exploitation of the mountain. Finally, the pilot action allows to define and test a joint methodology deployed through the laboratories that are conceived to be able to give them continuity beyond the project and be easily transferable. It highlights the work in favor of the transmissibility of orality and the testing of mechanisms to reproduce it within the community.

Laboratorios de memoria y oralidad para la salvaguarda y valorización del patrimonio inmaterial

Acción piloto articulada en 5 ventanas de análisis que tiene por objetivo el impulso experimental de laboratorios de memoria para recuperar, preservar, valorizar y trasmitir el patrimonio inmaterial ligado a los paisajes culturales de montaña. Los saberes, haceres, actividades, oficios tradicionales se encuentran en riesgo crítico de desaparición en los entornos de montaña debido al fuerte impacto del envejecimiento de la población, la crisis demográfica y la falta de relevo generacional en actividades de explotación de la montaña, así como la pérdida de la trasmisión intergeneracional de todo el patrimonio oral que explica leyendas, memorias colectivas, tradiciones, nombres de lugares, caminos de tránsito, canciones populares; un patrimonio humano intangible, pero indispensable, para comprender la dimensión cultural y patrimonial de los paisajes de montaña y que es irrecuperable una vez se apaguen las voces de la población sénior. La acción piloto también pone el foco sobre un vacío histórico en relación al patrimonio inmaterial de los entornos de montaña, especialmente si hablamos de pastoralismo y trashumancia: la invisibilidad de las mujeres en este patrimonio. El piloto aborda esta problemática de manera clara con el objetivo de recuperar y reivindicar la oralidad, los saberes y las prácticas femeninas en los entornos de montaña del consorcio, que es también la forma de dignificar las actividades de cura y terea doméstica que han recaído históricamente en las mujeres y que han sido minusvaloradas en el conjunto del patrimonio etnográfico e inmaterial del agropastoralismo y la explotación de la montaña. Finalmente, la acción piloto permite definir y testar una metodología conjunta desplegada a través de los laboratorios que se concibe para poder darles continuidad más allá del proyecto y ser fácilmente transferibles. Destaca el trabajo en favor de la trasmisibilidad de la oralidad y el test de mecanismos para reproducirla dentro de las comunidad.

Inclusive mechanisms for enhancing the heritage of mountain cultural landscapes

Pilot action articulated in 5 analysis windows that make up a territorial transect by different Sudoe mountain landscapes, with diverse geographical and heritage characteristics. The pilot action makes it possible to propose and test various methodological proposals for valorisation, as well as devices for the digitisation of heritage or its virtualisation through 3D models. The pilot windows work complementary problems between them and carry out demonstration actions also cooperatives that aim to evaluate the best solutions for each type of landscape and heritage. Physical signage solutions are compared with virtual formulas, still little extended, but that allow to analyse non-invasive methodologies for the patrimonialisation of cultural landscapes. An important aspect that also addresses this pilot action is the incorporation of technological devices and inclusive museographic supports, which allow to make accessible all the valuable heritage to society as a whole, especially to people with disabilities who are usually without tools to enjoy the cultural heritage under equal conditions, especially if it is outdoors and not in a museum. The pilot action will not only test the most appropriate tools to patrimonialise, but also aims to evaluate the impact of the existence of these inclusive resources on groups with blindness or visual deficit when performing activities of discovery of the landscape, which we perceive mainly by sight.

Smart Green Water | Programa de formación para regantes de Cataluña, Andalucía, Murcia, N.-Aquitania y Alentejo.

Este proyecto piloto pretende poner en marcha 2 programas de formación: – Para regantes en el uso de tecnologías digitales para mejorar su eficiencia en el uso del agua. – Para comunidades de regantes y otros actores de la gestión colectiva de los recursos hídricos, para desarrollar estrategias de gestión del agua en caso de sequía, utilizando tecnologías digitales. Los programas de formación se habrán elaborado conjuntamente en el CESAP, bajo la coordinación de la UPA. La acción piloto se concretizará en el diseño e implementación de programas de formación en línea en francés, español y portugués. El contenido de los programas se desarrollará e implementará sobre la base de las necesidades identificadas en el diagnóstico y para complementar los cursos de formación existentes. Estos programas en línea se complementarán con la organización de jornadas de demostración tecnológica en, al menos, Nueva Aquitania, Andalucía, Cataluña y Portugal. La acción será evaluada en última instancia por el CESAP. El objetivo será adaptar la solución para que pueda integrarse en la Estrategia SGW, así como facilitar su transferencia a otras regiones SUDOE.

Digital twins of irrigated plots in Catalonia, Andalusia, Murcia, N.Aquitaine and Alentejo

The objective of this pilot project is to develop “digital twins” of cultivation and irrigation systems for several pilot plots distributed by SUDOE. The methodology will have been developed jointly and standardised at CESAP, under the coordination of the UCO. The objective will be to create “digital twins” (MD) for pilot plots in the regions of Catalonia, Andalusia, Murcia, Nueva Aquitania and Alentejo in voluntary irrigation farms. The implementation of this action will allow irrigators to better plan and manage their irrigation water thanks to this decision-making tool, as well as through exchanges of experience with other SUDOE farmers. The activity will be evaluated jointly by CESAP, based on farmers’ comments on the use of these technologies. This evaluation will allow the solution to be adapted so that it can be integrated into the SGW Strategy, as well as facilitating its transfer to other SUDOE regions. The evaluation will also serve to provide feedback to providers of this type of service and potential technical support companies. The objective will be to improve the tool and encourage its deployment in other holdings, including small and medium-sized farms, the priority objective of the SGW project.

Smart Green Water | Gemelos digitales de parcelas de regadío en Cataluña, Andalucía, Murcia, N.Aquitania y Alentejo

El objetivo de este proyecto piloto es desarrollar “gemelos digitales” de los sistemas de cultivo y riego para varias parcelas piloto repartidas por el SUDOE. La metodología habrá sido desarrollada conjuntamente y estandarizada en el CESAP, bajo la coordinación de la UCO. El objetivo será crear “gemelos digitales” (MD ) para parcelas piloto en las regiones de Cataluña, Andalucía, Murcia, Nueva Aquitania y Alentejo en las explotaciones de regantes voluntarios. La puesta en marcha de esta acción permitirá a los regantes planificar y gestionar mejor su agua de riego gracias a esta herramienta de toma de decisiones, así como a través de intercambios de experiencias con otros agricultores del SUDOE. La actividad será evaluada conjuntamente por el CESAP, basándose en los comentarios de los agricultores sobre el uso de estas tecnologías. Esta evaluación permitirá adaptar la solución para que pueda integrarse en la Estrategia SGW, así como facilitar su transferencia a otras regiones del SUDOE. La evaluación también servirá para retroalimentar a los proveedores de este tipo de servicios y a las posibles empresas de soporte técnico. El objetivo será mejorar la herramienta y fomentar su implantación en otras explotaciones, incluidas las pequeñas y medianas, objetivo prioritario del proyecto SGW.

Water management strategy in Catalonia, Andalusia and Alentejo, and N. Aquitaine

The objective of this pilot action is to develop water management strategies in situations of scarcity using digital technologies. The methodology will have been developed jointly and standardised at CESAP, under the coordination of the IRTA. It will be implemented with irrigation communities in the regions of Andalusia, Catalonia and Alentejo and in a sub-basin of Nouvelle-Aquitaine (Adour and Dordogne). The main expected results are the application of water management strategies in situations of scarcity, using a method that can serve as a reference for other actors of SUDOE. This will encourage the adoption of good practices and the improvement of governance in the collective management of water resources. The action will be evaluated jointly in CESAP on the basis of the opinions of the actors who have participated in the elaboration of the strategies. This evaluation will allow the solution to be adapted so that it can be integrated into the SGW Strategy, as well as facilitating its transfer to other SUDOE regions.
